EP associated Wounds

D-Fibroheal Particle are pure lyophilized silk protein particles due to their large surface area; these particles are more biologically active.

It has a great bioavailability rate. Make greater interaction with the wound bed and speed up the healing process by forming fibroblasts at the wound site with improved epithelia.

How it works?

Fill in the gaps, serves as a structural framework for vascular and tissue growth

Promotes fibroblast migration and collagen formation

D-Fibroheal is a patented, silk-based sterile surgical wound dressing that has layers that are both hydrophobic and hydrophilic and is non-adherent.

The hydrophilic layer of the dressing, which is in touch with the wound surface and contains silk protein and asiaticoside complex, forms the dressing’s core and helps to create and sustain an environment that is conducive to wound healing and re-epithelialization.

While preventing moisture, dust, and bacterial penetration, the hydrophobic layer will be absent from the wound surface, allowing unrestricted flow of air, oxygen, and gas via the film’s pores.

How it works?

Creates a barrier that protects against moisture and infection

Hydrates the wound and keeps it at the ideal moisture level for the development of healthy granulation tissue

D-Fibroheal Meshed is a silk-based, bi-layered, sterile surgical wound dressing sheet that is properly meshed to allow for simple exudate drainage and to keep the wound site at the ideal moisture level. Silk protein and an asiaticoside complex, which have outstanding biocompatibility, strong cell attachment, cell migration, and tissue regeneration capabilities, make up the majority of the dressing.

Low to Moderate exudate

How it works?

Enables simple fluid outflow from the wound site; encourages the development of healthy granulation tissue; and re-epithelialization

Keeps the ideal moist environment that is necessary for quicker wound healing
